I've been working for TEAM Safety Services, one of Vadella Group's specialist companies, for six years and recently had the opportunity to complete a six-month secondment with Vadella, working at Group level. I've learnt so much during my time with Vadella already. The senior leadership team has given me lots of support, while also trusting me with real responsibility and giving me the opportunity to step up.
